We were up in Essex this week, so we took the oppourtunity to go over to Ebsfleet to pick up our ticketsto save time on our departure and also to get the feel of the place and learn some of the geography. On arrival I found some of the signage could have been clearer, but once you had worked it out it was OK.
We parked up and walked up into the entrance hall where we found a very helpfull customer sevice manwho showed us the ticket machines.
I put in my credit card, followed the instructions, on the not very sensitive touch screen, and out came the tickets.Time for a coffee and off to Bluewater.
